I recently completed my OCI®OEI® Accreditation through Human Synergistics International®.

I, Dr. Norman Jentner of Business Culture Solutions, LLC, have now completed the Accreditation Program for the OCI® and OEI® by Human Synergistics.

This enables me to build upon and fine-tune my previous work, to now include a particularly laser-like focus on modifying organizational climatic factors in support of an organization’s desired operating culture.

I now have more tailored options I can provide to organizations facing performance challenges for which simpler or more common approaches have “not cut the mustard.”
