NRJ Prof photo 06-2013

My name is Dr. Norman Jentner.  People typically refer to me as “Dr. J,” “Norman,” or simply “Norm.”  Perhaps you can come up with another nick-name!

<

I am a STEM-informed organizational performance consultant and leadership coach.

<

I specialize in working with public school systems and leadership teams to drive and encourage higher individual and organizational performance, with less guess-work and less effort.

<

Integrating key perspectives that include individual, community and organizational psychology, social and emotional learning, proven processes and methods, and innovation, I and my associates leverage the kind of “people power” that will strategically transform a large or small group of people into a high performance operation.

<

For 24 years an Ohio licensed psychologist, I bring practical grounding in issues that matter most to employers, employees, and other key stakeholders in private and public settings, to enable more nimble achievement and maintenance of triple bottom-line results (profit, people, planet).

<

I bring a broad experience-based background in “interests-based” conflict resolution for individuals, organizations, and communities to bear in my daily work with public schools, entrepreneurs and leadership teams.

<

I am well integrated within local, regional, and global business-to-business communities.

<

I maintain active professional associations with among the very best professionals and professional organizations across multiple disciplines.

<

These preferred associates remain ready to assist me with interesting human performance development projects, large and small.
